How we handle your details

What we collect

When you send a brief, we receive what you type into the form: your name, company, email, phone or messaging number, project details, budget range, and any links you share. We also record the country your request came from, which we use only to show prices in the right currency. When you subscribe to the newsletter, we receive your email address.

Why we use it

We use brief details to reply to you and to prepare a proposal. We use newsletter addresses to send one email a month about new work. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone outside Apaw Group and its companies, Lich Visual, Viruma, and Onesplat.

Where it is kept

Briefs and subscriptions are stored in our project workspace and our email account, which are run by service providers we use to operate the studio.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter from any issue. To see, correct, or delete the details we hold about you, email [email protected].
