Sales Gallery

A web-based sales site for a single development: browsable masterplan, cluster and unit selection, imagery and 360s in one place.

02What it is

A digital sales gallery is a web-based sales site for a single development. Masterplan, clusters, unit types, imagery, panoramas and availability sit in one place a buyer can browse on their own phone, and a salesperson can walk through on a screen in the room.

It is a URL, not a room. There is no hardware, no touchscreen installation and no physical showroom involved — it is a site, and it works the same on a laptop at home as on a tablet at the sales desk.

The structure follows how people actually buy. A visitor arrives at the masterplan, picks a cluster, narrows to a unit type, and only then looks at plans and imagery. Sites that invert this — leading with a gallery of pretty pictures with no way to reach a unit — lose people at exactly the point they were ready to ask a question.

Availability is what makes it a sales tool rather than a brochure. A gallery showing sold units as available wastes everyone time and damages trust, so we build against whatever source of truth exists and agree an update path before launch.

The imagery is the visualization work the studio already produces: stills for each unit type, panoramas for show units, film where a scheme warrants it. Producing them together means a consistent set rather than assets gathered from three suppliers over two years.

Performance matters more here than on a marketing page. These sites are opened on phones on site, often on poor connections, and a gallery that takes eight seconds to show a masterplan has already lost. Images are sized and served for the device asking.

A reference build is Cluster Olive Tree at CitraLand Tallasa City, Makassar, at citralandtallasacity.viruma.id.

Content ownership is agreed before launch. Your team will need to change a price, mark a cluster sold, or swap a floor plan without waiting on us, and a gallery that requires a developer for every edit stops being maintained within a month. We hand over the parts that change and keep the parts that do not.

Analytics are worth building in from the start, because a sales gallery is one of the few pieces of marketing that tells you what buyers actually looked at. Which clusters get opened, which unit types get compared, where people stop — that is information a brochure cannot give you, and it is more useful to a sales team than any amount of traffic.

03Process

How this service runs.

  1. 01

    Structure and content map

We map masterplan, clusters, unit types and what a buyer sees at each level before any design work starts.

  2. 02

    Asset plan

The imagery, plans and panoramas each level needs, scheduled so the gallery and the visuals are produced together.

  3. 03

    Build

The site itself: masterplan navigation, cluster and unit selection, plans, imagery and panoramas.

  4. 04

    Availability integration

Connected to your source of truth for what is available, with an agreed update path.

  5. 05

    Launch and handover

Deployed to your domain with a handover for the team who will maintain the content.

05Questions
Is this a physical showroom?
No. It is a web-based sales site — a URL. There is no hardware, no touchscreen installation and no physical space involved.
Can it run on our own domain?
Yes. It is deployed to whatever domain or subdomain you nominate.
How does availability stay current?
Connected to your existing source of truth where one exists, otherwise updated on an agreed schedule by your sales team.
Do we need all the imagery up front?
No. The structure can launch with a first phase and take further clusters and unit types as they are produced.
